Who is an Associate membership for?

The Associate membership has been designed for those that work in the swimming industry and are not swim school owners (i.e. staff of existing swim school members, sole traders without the need for our business support services, consultants, lifeguards, deck supervisors, early childhood teachers). Essentially, anyone who wants to extend their knowledge of early childhood, water safety, and the learn to swim industry.

How is an Associate Membership different from a Swim School Membership?

Associate Members will have access to professional development such as educational and wellbeing opportunities relevant to their role. However, they do not have access to the full suite of business support services we offer to our Member Swim Schools. Swim School Members have voting rights (x1) whereas Associate Members do not have voting right.

How can we pay for our membership?

There are many ways to pay for your ASSA Membership. You can pay by direct deposit or using your credit card. Membership fees are paid annually with a membership duration of 12 months.
