As we build into the warmer months, we’re constantly on the lookout for new staff to join our amazing swim teaching teams. We have swim teaching roles available across all of our 36 South East Queensland sites and through our preferred provider, CVM Academy, we can offer all the below qualifications with great discounts for new and existing employees!
Key Requirements for Swim Teachers:
- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude!
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR
Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working with kids in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.
Swim Teacher Duties:
- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents.
- Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, and communicate decisions.
- Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience.

Aquabliss Swim School has locations throughout NSW and is currently seeking Swim Teachers.
Aquabliss has multiple positions available at their pools in Pymble, Seven Hills, Gregory Hills, and Mittagong.
