Level Up! - A Huge Success
A week on from the 2024 National ASSA Conference, we are pleased to share the success of the Level Up! Conference. With nearly 500 delegates joining us in person and virtually across four impactful days, this year’s conference truly exceeded expectations.
Day 1: Educators Day
Our conference began with a dedicated Educators Day, setting the stage for a week of learning, growth, and collaboration.
Day 2-4: Business of Swim Schools Conference
We then transitioned into the core of the conference, where we focused on the business of swim schools through three key themes:

We delved into strategies for enhancing the skills and leadership within our teams.Day 3: Level Up Our Products and Services
We explored innovative ways to elevate the quality and offerings of our swim schools.Day 4: Level Up Our Perspective
We broadened our horizons by embracing new perspectives and ideas to drive our industry forward.
Throughout the conference, we were inspired by not one, but six world-class keynote speakers, engaged with industry expert panelists, and participated in hands-on workshops. Our networking events were buzzing with energy, creating connections that will undoubtedly strengthen our community.
The grand finale was our 2024 Awards of Excellence co-hosted by the legendary Olympian Duncan Armstrong OAM and Industry Personality David Stennett, where we celebrated the achievements of our swim schools across 16 categories, recognising the outstanding contributions of both regional and national winners. We were honoured to have delegates from across Australia and around the globe join us in this celebration.

We emphasised that every swim school, regardless of size, plays an essential role in the Learn to Swim movement within Australia and beyond. Together, we are shaping a brighter future for our communities.
